BI2run GmbH & Co. KG, based in Düsseldorf, stands for excellent german business intelligence support. With personal contacts, individual support and over 100 years of professional experience, BI2run successfully accompanies BI systems.
The Challenge
A standard solution from Freshdesk was used to provide ticket support for the customer’s existing BI systems. The user experience of the standard solution was in great need of improvement and there was no possibility to implement additional required functionalities.
Our Solution
The goal was to design and program a user-centred and customised design for the user interface that would replace the standard Freshdesk interface and supplement it with additional functions. The new UI had to match the corporate design of BI2run and be more understandable and functionally more comprehensive than the standard Freshdesk solution.
The Result
The user interface has been significantly upgraded with a modern, user-centred design and a vastly improved user experience. In addition, usability-optimized filtering, search and other new features offer users more options, all with real-time data transfer via an API interface.
