The Challenge
The user interface of the RADIX+ ERP system was no longer visually up-to-date and its suboptimal usability made it difficult for users to operate the system and led to an increase in support requests.
Our Solution
The aim was to give the user interface of the complex and multi-layered ERP system a modern design and at the same time improve usability and user experience. Users should be able to find the functions they are looking for without any major detours and the ERP system should be as self-explanatory as possible without generating too many questions from users.

The new user interface of the RADIX+ ERP solution now boasts a simple, colourful and user-centric design. Newly defined elements as well as icons and optimised user guidance of the interface actively support the user in operation and offer a completely new and improved user experience.
